i-SOBOT goes haywire with stash of weapons, instills fear in mere mortals
We've seen these miniature robots dance and wrestle aplenty, so it's only a matter of time before they pick up weapons and murder us all for crafting their bulky looks and squeaky servos. Fortunately for now, this Takara Tomy i-SOBOT seems to be content enough with demolishing just balloons and polystyrene foam blocks, courtesy of its owner who blessed the bot with a range of "handmade" firearms and edged weapons. It's over far too quickly, but in the video after the break, what you get to see is how well the Zii Trinity mobile prototype handles outputting HD video -- in this case, a very smooth playback of a snippet from Wall-E. Can we express more excitement for Creative's little platform that could? Probably, but we're already reaching pretty high. Now if only we could get some hands-on time of our own...

Motorola Sholes Tablet makes a dubious Chinese appearance
We've already seen some purported pics of the Motorola Sholes Tablet, but today we came across a couple of new full-body shots which look, um, different. While Chinese site PConline doesn't name this device, it teases with several features that match those of the Sholes Tablet on the Motorola roadmap from October: 3.8-inch screen with 800x480 resolution, 8 megapixel camera with xenon flash (pictured after the break), and an 800MHz processor under the hood. ...
