Student’s push to make Raleigh more walkable relies on homemade signs and QR codes Walking is apparently underrated. So University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill student Matt Tomasulo decided to engage in some "guerilla urbanism" in January with fellow fans of bipedal activity, posting 27 signs at three Raleigh, NC intersections as part of the "Walk Raleigh" project. The cardboard and vinyl signs contained snippets about how many minutes it would take to walk to must-see destinations like Raleigh City Cemetery, ...

Verizon HTC Incredible 4G caught by Mr. Blurrycam Mr. Blurrycam strikes again – and this time around, we have the HTC Incredible 4G which is headed to Verizon Wireless. Granted, the device has already been approved by the FCC, and we also know that the drop in Droid Incredible 2 prices might also signal the ever closer release date of the Incredible 4G, but apart from that, details on the device have proved to be pretty scant. Android Police has received from their ...

Apple 128k Macintosh prototype ‘Twiggy’ on sale for $100,000 by Steve Woz The ‘other Steve’ at Apple has dropped a bombshell on us. It seems that he owns the only completed Twiggy drive machine in the world, which will definitely be more valuable than the 128k Mac prototype that we spotted at the end of January which did not work. Steve Wozniak’s 128k Mac prototype has a fully working 5.25″ Twiggy drive, and it has just surfaced on eBay for a cool $100,000. If you have always ...
