Remember that Ava telepresence bot that we were gaga over at CES? Well Google has decided to lend iRobot a hand in getting the tablet-topped automaton rolling with some Android apps. The so-called Playstation Phone is out there internationally (May 26 is when it’s hitting the US), but sales haven’t been huge for its biggest feature: access to PSOne classic games via the Android Market. HP Reselling Sprint Service For Their WLAN-Enabled Laptops
Why is this man smiling? HP’s new Datapass service works with HP’s latest crop of WLAN compatible laptops and includes wireless coverage throughout most parts of the US (essentially anywhere you get Sprint access.) Download prices are pretty steep: $5 for 75MB and $30 for 1GB but they are offering 100MB free to new trial customers. HP is working with Peregrine to offer the service and it only works with select laptops with a 3G chipset. Product Page
