The Engrain Keyboard Is An Apple Keyboard Turned Art
I totally enjoy the overall theme of the Engrain Tactile Keyboard but love the textured keys made by just sandblasting a board, which removes the softer wood in between the grain. The keys are then cut, branded and glued to an Apple keyboard. But unfortunately this is just a one-off concept and will likely not be sold retail. You could make your own, though. I might. YTLive web app lets you watch YouTube Live broadcasts on your iOS device
YouTube entered the live video streaming market with the launch of its YouTube Live service earlier this month. The high-profile video site is competing against similar live stream services such as Ustream and Justin.tv. Short version: Perhaps the most powerful phone on the market, the G2x is certainly impressive technically, but physically it’s uninspiring, and a lack of compelling HD and gaming content compatible with Android makes its greatest assets (large screen and powerful processor) underwhelming. iPad 2 Shipping Estimate Drops To 1-2 Weeks
The iPad 2 is still a hard Furby to find. It’s still sold out mostly everywhere but at least the estimated wait time is dropping to 1-2 weeks on Apple.com. The shipping window jumped to 4-5 weeks shortly after the iPad 2 first went on sale. Well, it’s been a few weeks since then and the estimate dropped as promised even though the Japanese quake reportedly caused part supply issues. In the Apple/Samsung lawsuit, the picture doesn’t tell the story
There are some Android cheerleaders out there passing around the error-ridden image above, minus the big red stamp, of course. The Android advocates' assertions are that Apple is accusing Samsung of ripping off the iPhone (which was first shown in January 2007) when in actuality the iPhone looks remarkably similar to the Samsung F700, which was announced at CEBIT in 2006. Oh, smack! Right? Wrong.

Microsoft Releases Photosynth For iOS
Microsoft’s Photosynth app for iOS is one of the few apps I will use on a regular basis. It’s essentially a photo-stitcher for iPhone that can create some pretty amazing panoramic photos. All you have to do is slowly move an iPhone, as directed on-screen, in a circular fashion around a scene you wish to capture. Thanks to the hard work of the folks who purchased Valve's Potato Sack promotion, the Portal 2 alternate reality game has finished, and the long-awaited sequel is now available on Steam. The game officially releases tomorrow for consoles and PC, but since the Steam version is compatible with SteamPlay, it's also available for the Mac from day one.
