If you’re sick and tired of waiting for T-Mobile to release the Samsung Galaxy S i9000 your prayers have been answered, if you’re willing to drop a large chunk of change, that is. Amazon.com has recently put Samsung’s latest and greatest handset up for sale, completely unlocked for $899.99.

This phone features a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, Android 2.1, a 1GHz Samsung processor, 512MB of RAM, a 5 megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording, 3G/HSUPA/WiFi/Bluetooth/A-GPS.

While it’s nice to have a phone before everyone else, it’s likely (read: definitely going to happen) that T-Mobile will offer the Galaxy S for signinifacntly lower than $899.99. With a 2 year contract, of course.
