The only difference between the two devices is the version of the operative system, while the Optimus Z runs the Android 2.1, the Optimus Q makes use of Android 1.6. All the other specifications remain the same, which means it has a 3.5-inch touchscreen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor at 1GHz, and support for HD videos.
