While Nokia and Apple are fighting hard in the courts over a patent case, Nokia has gone even further, and has filed a complaint with the Internal Trade Commission, where it alleges that Apple’s iPhone infringes on several patents ranging from user interfaces to cameras, antennas, and power management as well. The Internal Trade Commission has the right to ban imports and sale of items in relatively short notice, and is mostly used to pirated goods coming from China etc.
